Innovative engineering can reduce waste handing costs up to 75% by shredding

Shredding is the proven means of increasing weight in containers...thus cutting haul-away costs by reducing the number of times containers must be taken to a disposal site.

Your costs are further reduced because boxes, crates or pallets go DIRECTLY INTO THE SHREDDER. There is no need for an operator to knock-down the boxes or break up crates or pallets.

The heart of BloApCo systems is the patented, low-horsepower, pierce-and-tear shredder. These shredders incorporate three or more shafts with ripper teeth. Each shaft rotates at a different speed, from 3 to 35 RPM, creating the highly efficient pierce-and-tear action. Because of the low RPM, the shredder operates with a very low noise level and creates a minimum of dust -- and throw-out of shredded pieces is virtually eliminated.

The Unique Approach

BloApCo engineers realize that your waste handling needs are unique to your organization. Drawing upon experience gained in designing and installing thousands of successful systems throughout the world, we create a specific system to solve your problem.

High-torque, low-speed action, combined with pierce-and-tear shredding, make BloApCo the quietest pallet shredder with an acceptable noise level at normal feed speeds. These same factors of low-speed, high-torque action and pierce-and-tear shredding hold dust generation to a minimum.

Each system must meet the following criteria:
1. The system must be sized correctly to handle present and anticipated volume.
2. The system must reduce waste to appropriate size for lowest practical disposal cost.
3. The system must provide for separation of waste if portions of waste product have a resale value.
4. The system must "size and package" waste for highest resale value. 5. The system must be automated to the level which assures the most efficient and economical use of manpower.
6. The system must be compact in order to utilize minimum height and floor space.
