Features:
- Fast! Simply place scrap material on feed belt. No cutting or fitting needed to get cores into baling chamber.
- Specially designed core crusher feeds cores into shredder.
- Capacity up to 20,000 lbs. (9000 kgs) per 8 hour shift -- depending on baler.
- Patented BloApCo pierce-and-tear shredding action produces small irregular pieces for easier baling and tighter bales.
- Safety overweight plate, built into in-feed conveyor, stops the conveyor and shredder if anyone attempts to get on the conveyor.
- Quiet. Produces minimum dust. Permits placing shredder near core winders so shop scrap and out-of-spec cores can be fed directly into the shredder.
