Rail mounting permits fast, easy installation.
Package concept also assures correct match-up of fan and cutter.
Fan creates proper conveying air flow from vacuum at pick-up point through the cutter and on to a remote disposal point.
FEATURES:
Can be floor mounted or suspended from overhead structural members.
Easy installation. Simply bolt down and attach pick-up duct to cutter inlet, and conveying duct from fan to collection point.
OPTIONS:
- Mufflers -- inlet & outlet for sound attenuation
- Sound Hood -- fits over entire unit
CUTTERS:
BloApCo developed the precision, variable high-speed trim cutter for edge trim application...on presses, rewinders, corrugators, slitters, etc...in printing, converting and packaging industries. Within its extensive Multi-model product line, BloApCo has the exact size and type needed to handle any air conveyable edge trim, such as film, laminates, all manner of paper products, fiberglass, and light metals.
For maximum flexibility, all models permit cutter speed to be varied independent of fan speeds. Choice of straight or shear cut non-contacting blades. Carbide blades, available for abrasive materials.
FANS:
Toughest trim handling fans that you can own.
Designed to take the impact abuse and erosive wear that results from large quantities of various materials passing through the fan. Specially designed fan wheel to prevent scrap from catching or wrapping around the supporting shaft. When handling material such as light gauge metal, BloAoCo will supply fans with housing and blades manufactured of abrasive resistant material.
