For clarity, the required inlet and outlet fittings are not shown. For safe operation to prevent personnel from reaching into the fan blade area, it is mandatory that fitting of sufficient length be installed as a part of the operating system.

Noise

Any fan operating in a pneumatic handling system will create a certain amount of noise. The intensity and volume of sound produced is not easily calculated. BloApCo duct silencers are available to reduce air conducted noise. The addition of silencers is generally sufficient to keep the noise within OSHA guidelines.

Optional Equipment

  • Trim cutters to cut continuous ribbon of paper, film, foil, brass, copper, aluminum foils and light gauge metals.
  • Cyclones to separate the conveying air from the scrap material.
  • Unique diverter "bucket" valve -- pressure or suction side -- allows for a fast, positive change in scrap flow
  •
