concept in action pierces the plastic, pulling it into the ripper wheels
and tearing it apart. Pierce-and-Tear outperforms the hammering, grinding
wear and tear of other plastics reduction methods.
The Pierce-and-Tear three, four and five shaft models are configured
to meet plastics size reduction requirements.
Pierce-and-Tear size reduction ingests large parts like a molded truck
hood/fender assembly (95" x 54" x 43")
 This 10-foot water craft
filled with flotation foam, plastic ducting and metal fuel lines is destroyed
within 45 seconds.
BloApCo Pierce-and-Tear works as a pre-granulator reducing polystyrene
and ABS refrigerator liners and door liners and uniformly feeding the
granulator.
Garden tractor hoods, molded of an engineered resin, are reduced for
reprocessing with a Pierce-and-Tear system
