Key Features
All welded fan wheel constructed of special heavy duty blades, on oversized hub and supporting back plate. Angular blade construction for added efficiency with a one piece spider reinforcing for added strength. Full diameter back plate prevents scrap material from getting behind and clogging the fan wheel.

Oversized chrome steel shaft and heavy duty bearings for minimum maintenance. Bearings are commercially available and are positioned so they can be easily lubricated.

Heavy duty flanged bearings to allow replacement of the inside bearing close to the wheel resulting in reduction of overhung wheel load and eliminating the possibility of bending the shaft. Bearings act as a seal of the fan housing thus eliminating additional seals.

Stress relieved and dynamically balanced Fan wheels to close tolerances to assure long and trouble free operation.

Reinforced fan housing provides years of trouble-free operation. It is welded on the outside only to ensure that material doesn't hang up on the inside surface.

Simplified mounting for driving motors provides for compactness and durability.

Rigid mount fan pedestal Specially designed fan pedestal to accommodate motors placing the fan motor in a rigid relationship with the fan shaft. To mount the motor separately from the fan would require extremely long v-belt drive and impart a flexibility between motor and fan that is not compatible with the surge loads that must be handled in a material handling device.
