ViBE (Vibration in BloApCo Equipment) Monitoring is a real-time, cloud-connected system that continuously measures vibration and temperature on BloApCo Trim Cutters and Material Handling Fans. How It Works
The ViBE system connects wireless, battery-powered magnetic sensors to your equipment. These sensors collect vibration and temperature data, transmit it through a gateway plugged into a standard 120V outlet, and send insights securely to the cloud. From there, maintenance teams can monitor performance, receive alerts, and plan maintenance proactively rather than reactively.
