Stand-Alone Bagclone System

Continuously remove trim waste and matrix directly from the printing press
With the BloApCo Bagclone system, trim waste and matrix are continuously removed directly from the printing press, shredded by inline cutters and air-conveyed to a collection area.
- Ideal for pressure-sensitive tag and label applications, foil, laminates, paper and plastics up to 508mm thickness.
- The system is engineered to handle high web speed with high air capacity (up to 1,000 cfm), high air velocity and up to 3,600 rpm.
- With 1 HP of cutting power and progressive shear action, NEOR knives cut all materials, ranging from very thin foils to thick, sticky materials.
- No need to stop the press to remove the waste roll.
